SLOA Honors
The Southern Lacrosse Officials Association awards outstanding members at the annual Bull Roast at the end of each season. The Applicant of the Year is awarded each season to a new official who is catches on quickly, and understands the rules and mechanics required to develop into a good official. The Scholastic Official of the Year is awarded one, or several, SLOA members who have made a significant impact or shown demonstrable growth during the high school season.
In addition to these annual awards, the Rich Tamberrino and Charles Ellinger award are special merits decided by an awards committee. Members of the SLOA who have received awards and honors over the years are listed on this page.
